Factory collection (ExWorks): There is the option of collecting the material in our own factory or sending it to your own transport agency.
The delivery times of the products that we supply on this website are those indicated in the “Request for Offer” or “Purchase” form, depending on the product chosen.
If this product is in our warehouse, it will be supplied within a maximum period of 72 hours.
IV Solar will notify the client of any delay in the deadlines.

All our articles are marked by the CE of European conformity.
The beacons that comply with any of the models established by ICAO/ICAO are certified by STAC (French Civil Aviation Technical Service), an internationally recognized certifying body for aeronautical equipment.
Way to pay
Bank transfer: If the client chooses this option, the order confirmation will provide an account number so that he can make the transfer.

For regular customers of IV Solar, the payment method will be the one agreed by both.
These customers will be able to place an order by choosing the “Pick up in store” option as “Transport” and choosing the “Usual payment method” as payment method.
The client will have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal (that is, the right to terminate the contract without any penalty). If you find any incident upon receiving the box from the carrier (open box or broken material), you must send photographs to our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
The material may have been damaged by the handling of the transport companies and for this reason we need these photos.
Steps for a refund for defective material:

- IV Solar will collect the defective material at your address
- After inspecting the material and giving the go-ahead, the material will be replaced without any extra charge or shipping cost for the client.

The warranty period for the products is two years from delivery. The guarantee of the products is regulated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.
JVV Group, S.L. Guarantees the proper functioning of the equipment sold for a period of 24 months from the invoice date. This equipment is warranted against any defects in construction, design, materials, or workmanship.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of this equipment, found to be defective by us, as soon as possible. It does not apply if the defect was caused by normal wear and tear, negligence, carelessness, improper maintenance or installation, misuse or damage caused by third parties.
The guarantee will expire automatically if the client has made changes to the material on their own initiative, without the written permission of JVV Grup, S.L.
It is not necessary for JVV Grup, S.L. participate in installations or possible routine maintenance.
The responsibility of JVV Grup, S.L. It is limited to the obligations as defined and JVV Grup, S.L. will not be obliged to indemnify the client for the damages suffered, such as accidents to people or damage to property.
Battery warranty (in equipment with built-in batteries):
The battery(ies) that the beacon incorporates are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice of the beacon.
The battery should be installed and operated at an average ambient temperature not to exceed 25ºC (77ºF).
The warranty period will be reduced by 50% for operating temperatures that exceed on average more than 35ºC (95ºF).
Disassembling and moving the batteries to a different location will void the warranty unless it is done with the express approval of JVV Grup, S.L.
Annual battery maintenance records must be maintained manually or electronically, including load tests, temperature, ohmic readings, and voltage and must be available by any warranty claim.
The warranty will be voided if the battery fails due to fire, freezing, misuse, abuse, neglect, physical damage, or any act of nature.
The replacement battery warranty will have a duration equal to the balance of the original warranty on the failed unit.
The end user assumes responsibility for any personal injury and property damage resulting from the use, maintenance, transportation, or installation of the product. Responsibility before JVV Grup, S.L. for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the battery.
In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. Our carrier will take care of collecting the defective product.
Once the conditions for the replacement of the product have been verified, a new one will be sent to you without further delay. All procedures will be completely free for the consumer.
The company JVV Grup, S.L. retains ownership of the goods until full payment of the agreed price.
In case of controversy or litigation, the exclusive jurisdiction will be given in the city of Barcelona (Spain).
